Human Subjects Research Advisory Committee
The Human Subjects Research Advisory Committee (HSRAC) advises the NIH Deputy Director for Intramural Research (DDIR) on policies and procedures regarding the conduct of human subjects research in the NIH’s Intramural Research Program (IRP). Membership includes the DDIR (chair), the Director, OHSR (Executive Secretary), all 14 NIH IRB Chairs, the Director of the NIH’s Clinical Center (CC), and the Chief of the CC Department of Bioethics.
HSRAC meets every other month.
